Health and Fitness: My Direct (Unpopular?) Opinion

Speaking some truth so you don’t waste your money.

Your health is a journey that takes commitment and consistency.

Your health will not be changed in 3 days, 7 days, 14 days. Your success is…..

Not a 3 day juice cleanse.

Not a 3 day water fast.

Not a 14 day detox.

Not a Majik pill.

Not a gut health drink.

Not a shot.

All of this will help you lose weight quickly but then what? Go back to eating the way you were and gain it all back in 3 days?? No real change occurs in 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days.

You didn’t get to where you are today - fluffy, inflamed, tired, achy, anxious, depressed… in 3 days, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days. It took YEARS.


Listen. I’m not saying it will be easy BUT- it is simple.

We live in a world of instant gratification so we think our health should be changed overnight. Or we should reach our ideal weight in a month.

This just isn’t true.

In a world full of fast food, toxins at every turn and pumping us full of meds, staying healthy takes consistent action day in and day out.

But here’s the deal… I promise it doesn’t have to be hard!!! You just have to make the decision on a daily basis to do the things you know you should be doing to achieve and maintain your health.

Most people know WHAT to do. They just choose instant gratification over their long term health.

So if you’re tired of wasting your money on the quick fixes that don’t last, I’m your girl.

All you have to do is execute.

Cheers to a year of intention and purposeful actions.
