Why Use a Personal Trainer?

You all know I just opened my own wellness studio! Small, cozy, and just the right size for personalized training, coaching, and wellness practices, it's perfect for clients who like a less imposing environment than big gyms with guaranteed 1:1 support and customization.

I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer.

I provide 1:1 personal training (tailored specifically to the client) in both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions in varying session packages. I also lead small fitness classes (max 5 people).

My specialties include: running, run conditioning, bodyweight training, dumbbell and kettlebell training, Barre, Pilates, HIIT, core strength, and fitness fundamentals.

1:1 Personal Training clients will have free access to Everfit, a fabulous app I use for organization of training, workouts, programs, communication, and accountability measures.
