A Look Ahead: Coming in 2024 at The Whole Plate

It's been almost one full year that I've been running my business from my cozy little wellness studio! What a year of growth, learning, alignment, and authentic work it has been. I have my clients and supporters to thank for that.

In the coming new year, I'm thrilled to continue offering some of my most fundamental and popular services:

Nourish with Intention: my 12-week private nutrition and wellness coaching program (option to renew upon completion)

Personal Training: 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, 1:1 (sold in packages of 4,8, or 12 sessions)

Small Fitness Classes: (available for single booking and through purchase of class packages)

Beginner Barre

Intermediate Barre

Pilates Tone

Pop Up Healthy Snack Sales/Bake Sales: scheduled monthly or bi-monthly

Public Speaking on Wellness Topics (at businesses or for scheduled groups): scheduled upon request

Healthy Cook Membership (online): $29/mo. for full month of recipes, prep guides, and grocery lists

Nourish Membership (online): $69/mo.

3 participants each;

classes consist of 8 consecutive weekly sessions that progress over that time frame;
