Sometimes only chocolate will do. You know what I'm talking about. Those moments when there is a chocolate shaped hole in your heart.


Don't be scared off from chocolate if you are trying to eat healthier. In and of itself, chocolate (in its least processed forms) is a wonderful source of anti-oxidants and magnesium. It really just gets the short end of the stick when we add a bunch of refined sugars and other inflammatory ingredients to it!


PLUS, maybe you want to practice a bit making something chocolatey for your significant other or family (or yourself) for that chocolate coated holiday in February ;)
