So, here we are - the last few days of the year. This is typically the time where we have a relatively strong inclination to make changes in our lives.
From losing weight to cooking more meals at home to staying more consistent with workouts to trying something new and getting out of our comfort zone - this is the moment we decide to DO something about those goals.
On principle, I do not promote or offer services or plans that promise things like "lose 30 pounds in 30 days" or "snatch that waist with the perfect 10-day ab challenge." You know, typical "January" things.
Instead, my mission as an Integrative Health Coach/Trainer has always been to:
Meet you where you are, no judgment, no gym anxiety - and build slowly and safely from there.
Provide a safe space (again, no judgment, no gym anxiety) in which you can assess and address your specific goals.
Encourage the big picture of wellness - an integrated approach includes recognizing that wellness is not limited to fitness and nutrition.
Provide a variety of fitness modalities to explore low impact as well as high impact options and how this variety may be more fun and/or safer for you.
Approach nutrition coaching from a sustainability angle - habits and patterns, not quick fixes or diets.
Support you in and out of the studio for the long-term; I'm not a "get as many clients as I can and leave them high and dry" type of trainer and coach. I value the client-coach relationship.
That all being said, a simple trip around my website or random clicks on my social media posts may leave you feeling confused about what services might fit YOU best. I'd love to give you a little bit of direction!
Take a considered look at all of this information. I hope it is clarifying and helpful.

This class encourages challenging oneself with weight and progressively building strength effectively and safely.
If you're looking for a fitness course, I currently offer several. (Some are already in progress; some will not begin until later in the year.)
What's the value of taking a course?
You book all sessions (typically 8-12) up front. This promotes consistency and accountability.
You spend time learning and practicing with the same small group, week after week. This promotes community as well as accountability.
You receive handouts, documents, information, tracking sheets, and more. This gives structure and an educational format.
You systematically progress from Day 1 to the end. This instills confidence.
