Making Healthy Habits Stick: My Signature Program

Updated: Dec 27, 2022

Are you ready for a program to get your health and wellness on track but prefer a class or group setting instead of 1:1 coaching?

My signature 12-Week Course, "Making Healthy Habits Stick," is perfect for you.

Nuts and bolts = One hour per week for 12 weeks located in the conference room at Intelligent Fitness! 4553 Aultman Ave NW North Canton, OH 44720

As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I guide individuals, like you, to establish and practice implementing healthier habits in your daily life.

In order for you to make this a lifestyle, I meet you where

you are in your journey and assist you in incorporating

small steps you can make to achieve your health and

wellness goals.

You know you want to eat better, move more, sleep better, be more mindful.

In combination, small habits practiced through tiny action steps on a consistent basis add up to lifestyle. It's not about changing everything you eat, do, and think all at the same time. That would never be sustainable.

Maybe you're wondering, however, if, for example, healthier eating is all it's cracked up to be. WHY is it important for you? It's important to remember that improving our habits, like what we eat, has significant impact on all parts of our life, not just the number on the scale.

When it comes to eating healthy, there are many benefits you should consider!

Heart health to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke

Diabetes management and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes

Reduce the risk of some cancers

Part of the equation to lose weight

Provides more energy to fuel your body

Boosts your mood and your memory

Better night's sleep

Improved gut health

Reduces inflammation

Better, clearer skin

However, eating healthy is just one piece of the puzzle that makes you who you are.

This is important to remember.

As you begin to eat healthier, you will have more energy to increase your physical movement, which also helps provide more restful sleep.

This is why it is my mission to help guide and support you through the process of building consistent healthy habits: they're all connected, and they all add up.

The food on your plate is of extreme importance. But all of the ways you fuel yourself and expend your energy OFF the plate are just as instrumental to your wellness.

Working with me 1:1 is your chance to reset your priorities, make improving your habits a part of your schedule, and have accountability to stay consistent.

If you're unsure of what kinds of topics I help clients work through, here is a brief idea:

Know your why

Set the right goal

Small steps

Positive mindset

Progress over perfection

Reduce stress

Sleep is key

Increase physical movement

Mindful eating

Variety of/prioritizing whole foods

Changing your habits can seem overwhelming.

However, during this journey we take small steps to reach your goal. This is critical!

It is progress, not perfection, that will make healthy habits a lifestyle.

You have what it takes to eat healthier, be more mindful of movement and choices, and be a more optimal version of you.

With a little guidance and a willingness to make it a part of your life, I know you can succeed.

I love watching my clients gain confidence in themselves and seeing them thrive.

You can be intentionally well!

The In-Person course is available on:
