This 8-week course takes a step by step approach to learning: Proper form and technique of basic strength moves The functionality and purpose of strength training How to modify and progress strength training Building a base of total body strength to improve bone density, core strength, and confidence A great way to supplement your existing fitness program or to start fresh as a beginner.
