A 12-week program that explores: A) Key pillars of nutrition, habits, and an intentional lifestyle - broken down into weekly lessons with accompanying resources and action steps - lessons range from setting goals to nutrition principles to meal prep/eating out and more B) A step by step approach to learning: - Proper form and technique of basic strength moves - The functionality and purpose of strength training - How to modify and progress strength training - Building a base of total body strength to improve bone density, core strength, and confidence - A great way to supplement your existing fitness program or to start fresh as a beginner.
