A 10-week course designed to teach you movement you can do at any level through a blend of barre, pilates, and yoga sculpt workouts. Gain endurance, flexibility, precision, and power while tightening and toning your body! Easy on the joints, beginner friendly, and a mindful way to improve fitness and strength. A great way to supplement your existing fitness program or to start fresh as a beginner. Learn fundamentals and practice form in studio and practice the habit of purposeful, mindful movement at home. A 2nd 10-week low impact course will be offered following completion.
