Service Description

This program consists of 12 1-hour sessions. It is presented as a group course in the studio, each week focusing on a different aspect of being more intentional and purposeful in the ways we eat, move, live, and take care of ourselves. In-session class setting with weekly at-home handouts and tasks to complete and build your own healthier, more intentional habits. The course is broken down as follows: Week 1: Setting Goals that Stick Week 2: Guiding Nutrition Principles Week 3: Healthy Portion Sizes Week 4: Organized Healthy Kitchen Week 5: Metabolism and Fat Burning Week 6: Mindful Eating Week 7: Hunger and Fullness Week 8: Cravings and Emotional Eating Week 9: Self-Sabotage Week 10: Stress, Sleep, and Self-Care Week 11: Eating Out and Choosing Well Week 12: Movement Habit
