Will be followed by another 8-week progression program (New Year Strong). Strength based workouts specifically designed for progressive overload. 1 session in studio per week + 1 workout to do at home. Optional bonus cardio days. Tracking log. Accountability group and encouragement. A full resource collection to use (printed workouts, descriptions, warmups, cooldowns, modifications, etc.)
