Whether this overwhelm is caused by diet culture or past struggles with the diet cycle, what being healthy means, or how to actually feel, eat, move, and fuel better... I help people learn to nourish themselves and become more mindful of their eating, without obsessing over everything that goes into their mouth. Furthermore, I want to help people gain confidence and learn how to feel good about the bodies they’re in by prioritizing their strength over being thin at the cost of unhealthy diets, being more clear about their goals, and learning that consistency is the most important aspect of living a life of wellness. In this 12-week program, we will explore the following topics on a weekly basis: 1. Creating Goals 2. Creating Habits 3. Developing a Growth Mindset 4. Control Your Environment 5. Nutrition Fundamentals 6. Healthy Eating 7. Managing Your Hunger 8. Fitting Exercise Into Your Life 9. Managing Stress 10. Maintaining Motivation 11. Ensuring Continued Success 12. Putting It All Together Along with lesson, worksheets, and supporting educational resources, this course includes 1:1 check-in calls every other week AND loads of healthy recipes. The goal is for YOU to practice and establish the habits you can sustain for the rest of your healthy life.
