Service Description

Functional strength training involves resistance training with functional movement patterns. Since you're practicing the ways you typically use your body and adding resistance, you'll move better once you take that resistance away. Your daily actions should become easier and feel better, whether you're an athlete, a trade worker, or you're desk-bound. The biggest hallmark of functional strength training is its direct application to everyday life. When done consistently, this kind of training can make a surprising number of day-to-day tasks feel a lot easier. Engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously Uses compound movements in multiple planes of motion Emphasizes movement quality and coordination Focus: Each session focuses on functional movement patterns. Equipment: Free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, bands)/ bodyweight. Experience: Beginners welcome. Modifications and Progressions offered.
