Service Description

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates develops the body through muscular effort that stems from the core and cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements. Contemporary Pilates is a fusion of Joseph Pilates' original set of exercises with strength training and other modalities. Props such as a ball, ring, weights, or block may be used.
