Service Description

FUSION is a hybrid workout that combines weight training, pilates, yoga, and HIIT. These classes are the ultimate combination of cardio and toning exercises. Grab your weights and lets sweat! Class Level: Intermediate/Advanced Equipment: 5-10 lb. dumbbells. Beginners may use 3-5 lb. weights to start. *Please note that you will adjust the weight used based on your personal preference and fitness level.
