Service Description

Once you have completed Strength Training Fundamentals, you can continue to build on and progress your solid foundation with more advanced strength training protocol. This course focuses on functional strength training based on the seven functional movement patterns. Weekly sessions are full body and feature compound, intermediate level exercises.
